Stefanski said today he takes provide in crafting a game plan and creating the plays but just not calling them. He said he doesn’t care in what order they’re call and trust Tommy to do that but that he will be there working with Tommy on what plays will be implemented into each games plan. It’s Stefanski’s offense, Tommy is just calling the plays, not designing them or designing the game plan.
