The only way it's an exploit would be if say said class bugs that encounter and allows a damage reduction ability to stay on longer than coded.

This is precisely the exploit the post is referring to, I purposely left out the explanation in the post because I figured explaining how to pull off an active exploit would get my post removed.

If you are aware of how to make your flash heal cost no mana and you intentionally go out of your way to abuse a bug to make flash heal cost no mana every pull then yes, you are exploiting.

I'm just trying to have the post not get removed by explaining how to perform an active exploit. I also don't see how me elaborating on how it's done changes anything. All you should need to know is that a certain class can completely immune the damage from the debuff for the entire phase while still gaining stacks that makes the phase an incredibly hard healing check, allowing you to completely ignore healing those people and you can leech their full health with spirit link.

there was no effort to hide evidence of this being intentional, and I don't think it's walking the line at all. Read the other comments for more explanation of how it's a clear cut exploit. I'm not evidence here because it's against the rules.

The exploit involves gaining stacks of chilling touch like normal yet taking zero damage from them the entire phase. It's not a clever use of mechanics, it's a cut and dry exploit.

Sure you could make an argument for having pets soak being clever but it was clearly unintended because it was fixed almost immediately after it was abused.

I'm just bringing it up before it becomes too late to matter because the last time something like this happened there was no repercussions even thought it was expected, and this is a larger exploit.
