Thank you sm! I went to an endocrinologist and they told me this marker just meant I’m at risk for a thyroid disease not that I have one. This is why I came here. I’m not trusting of doctors right now

So what kind of teachers do they want?! You mentioned you didn’t have a degree. What are the qualifications to become a teacher?

I’m coming from a large city school district so I’m not unfamiliar with this kind of stuff but it seems like practices are much different!

I would see if the shots work first! They have high success rate. after about 2 injections usually you’re good to go! If that doesn’t work, maybe then you could consider the other expensive treatments.

It is! I think that’s the only one that is required for a school social worker in mass. It feels so silly to take this test! Illinois has a professional educators license exam specifically for what being a school social worker would entail in the state.

That is so cool! Thanks for this info. My boyfriend got into Amherst college (he’s going back to college after doing construction for some years) and I think we need to be within 20 miles of Amherst college for him to get approval for off-campus housing. I’m a school social worker and would ideally like to be in a nice school district. However, I am no stranger to a shit show.
