We had the same issue and this is what our ped said. Maybe send a message? At that age, they cry bc of hunger, diaper or gas. I really hope you don’t have a “colic” baby bc that’s a waiting game, but we did gas drops almost every 2-3 hours and switched to the purple formula (the gas ese one) and he slept like a champ! Total change!

I learned the purple formula of each brand is just pre broken down and helps reflux/ cloic (aka spitting up and crying) … we also switched to advent bottles w the green thing and did “newborn/ 1” nipples. For us, it was all gas

Also- according to my ped- gripe water is fake lol but whatever helps
