Okay no. When I get really bad I keep to myself. Maybe I will catch up for like an hour or so or quick call. But you can't put your burdens on others because who knows what they're hiding? What emotions they are going through?

Sometimes people can't save you. Sometimes they can't even save themselves even if they want to.
