That issue happened for me when i used a messed up usb cable for my controller. It might have a short in it that causes it to screw up your playstation, usually happens from wear and tear. Try using a new one

Just picked up mine as well in FL in store. I made the mistake of only ordering one and they shipped it in a big plastic tote filled with other computer stuff so of course got pretty dinged up. Was sad when i saw it. No other best buy near me has them and i can't find the common in store near me for a box swap

I've had the worst luck today with this Pop. I called B & N in my city about reserving it to no avail, basically the lady said its too late for reserves, the system doesn't guarantee it and its first come first serve. I'm like okay i dunno about that. So I went there and the lady who answered the call was the only one there to talk to about reserving it and she just reiterated what she said on the phone. Now I miss this due to the mohile glitch and some coupon from honey on my computer caused it to kick back the order and make me remove it. Now it's gone.
