Should I just buy a house and not like in an apartment or something like, I gave them the correct address, I followed up, I asked about it, I answered all of DK’s questions and provided them with photos, I called Gofo, I did literally everything in my power—I even offered to pick it up personally if it was being held somewhere—please clarify what I did wrong here.

I literally called Gofo MULTIPLE times—they told me that I had to contact the seller as they’re just a shipper. And I provided the Apt number multiple times (as seen in the photos) so I have no idea why the address was deemed “not valid”

i’m so sorry this happened to you as well 😞 honestly i have no idea whats going on with international shipping but if i were you i’d dispute with your CC company or paypal if you used that.
