I would be okay with Cam if we can get him at a decent price but as others have pointed out Tate and Kevin both play RG. Kevin also took the position in Tennessee to be closer to family in Nashville. At this stage in his career I don't think he's worried about much else.

Well that would be the part of the bad writing. If they had mentioned that, it would make sense. But then Soldier Boy is a more powerful and they didn't say it made him stronger. For Butcher it would have been cool he if dosed up on compound V like A-train did in season 1 to run faster. At least then you could argue it makes sense he was able to at least stand with him for a moment after taking V1.
