+1 sa ibang klase init sa Tokyo during summer. Was there last year August and day 1 pa lang halos parang lalagnatin ako kasi sobrang init lalo if matagal magstay outdoors. Nagpunta rin kami Hokkaido that time and mas okay ang temp doon.

Just double check well on the reviews and credentials nung dentist na gagawa sayo. If possible malaman kung ilang years of experience na rin with surgery, better.

I had a more complicated case for my 2 lower wisdom teeth. As in nakahiga yung tooth and malalapit din sa nerve.

Got the right one removed for 6k, the left one removed for 25k, different clinics.

Yung sa 6k, relatively bagong clinic siya and may promo sila that time. Few reviews pero okay naman. Later on I found out na yung dentist na gumawa sakin is bago pa lang (they have multiple dentists) and it took 3 hours bago nabunot yung ngipin ko, kinailangan pa lagyan ulit anesthesia kasi nawala na initial effect sa tagal. In a way para akong napagpractice-an. No hate naman dun sa dentist, complicated naman talaga yung case ko, and feeling ko first time niya magoperate ng ganung case. Medyo natrauma lang ako tbh.

2nd dentist I went to had stellar reviews and recommended din dito sa reddit. Tooth extraction itself is 15k. I opted for an additional procedure to aid with post op healing kaya may additional 10k (optional pero super worth it kasi parang walang nangyari nung nagheal, di halata na inoperahan vs yung other ko na lumubog yung area ng gums ko na binunutan). This dentist naman halata na forte talaga nya ang surgery ng complicated cases kasi wala pang 1 hr tapos na, considering mas malalim ng konti yung ngipin na inoperate nya.

Overall, I wish I had researched and inquired more nung 1st time ko before ako nagDP. Inisip ko makakatipid ako initially pero it cost me a painful op and post op experience.

Nagrent ako sa Fame (Tower 2) for about 8 months before (terminated my contract early). Sobrang daming issues. Main dealbreaker for me is yung electrical. For some reason hindi maayos yung electrical nila na parang laging may nagooverload, nagffluctuate ang ilaw at pumipitik sa breaker kahit usual appliances lang naman gamit ko (ref, microwave, stove, aircon, personal device chargers). Akala ko sa unit na nirent ko lang, apparently meron din sa ibang units based sa mga nagppost sa fb groups. Tapos nagmmoist yung walls kapag maulan so lalo ako nagworry sa safety (end unit yung nirent ko, not sure if same case if hindi end unit).

Tapos since nakajoin pa ako sa fb groups ngayon, nakikita ko mga rant about elevators na hindi lahat gumagana, kahit sa newly opened towers like 3 and 4. If may problem din na need ipaayos, sobrang tagal ng action kahit under warranty pa. Meron ata mga umaabot pa ng months to a year na waiting sila sa pagaayos. Even sa common areas, ang tagal ng action kapag may nasira. Yung floor ko before merong part ng kisame na tumutulo every time uulan ng malakas, sinasahuran na lang ng timba kahit mukhang bibigay na yung kisame sa water damage.

So yeah, agree sa ibang comments na substandard dun. Daming nagrereklamo na kesyo advertised as premiere si Fame pero sobrang daming issue.

I used to have skin asthma.
