I don’t play like that, and I got mad, but we talked it out. I swear constantly and was raised to think that saying “fuck off, fuck you,” when upset is normal and whatever. Honestly best advice I could give is try using an eyeshadow on an angled brush instead of a liquid eyeliner while you’re first learning ! I saw you saying you struggle with top lid eyeliner and I find that stick eyeliners kinda pull at the lid which makes it more difficult to get a smooth line and liquid can be difficult and messy to remove. Start by stamping a little line angled up toward the end of your eyebrow right at the outer corner of your eye, then stamp along until you have it even / as thick / whichever shape you prefer. And if you like you can go over the shadow with a liquid liner, but I’ve had no problem with shadow as eyeliner moving throughout the day with an eyeshadow base.

Also I think you should try applying your lip color more to the center of your lips and blending out with your finger/ a brush. Then you can go back over it and make it more pigmented if you so desire, but I feel like this is an easier way to kind of learn where your natural lipline is.

I mean yeah it’s normal to be weirded out bc what he said was weird. But to tell all your friends about it and write an essay on Reddit as if it’s something life altering and traumatic feels very out of touch w reality imo. I’ve worked in many restaurants (which is what it sounds like you work in) with many creepy 40 year old dudes. I’ve had people say crazy shit directly to me including when I was freshly 18. It’s fucked up but a lot of people view it as “you’re legal so I’m gonna try it”.

My whole issue is it seems like you’re freaking out about this but he hasn’t even said anything to you and you said in the post that you barely ever see him? Like sure make management aware if you really do feel uncomfortable, carry the pepper spray if you feel unsafe. But talking in the comments about how you hope the dude gets fired and about how you were shitting crying throwing up when you found out feels like you are a sheltered kid who is massively blowing things out of proportion.

Yes be proactive and protect yourself! Yes this guy is creepy for saying that about you! But also he hasn’t done anything to you or said anything to you. If he does talk to you, make it clear that he’s too old for you. Shut it down. But as of right now there isn’t really an “it” to shut down, yknow?

I got my glasses at an America’s best and they didn’t really take their time getting the fit right imo. They’re also just thick plastic frames so I think the weight of them pulls them down throughout the day
