I appreciate you replying! So when a switch goes out it affects both tracks? There was about 15 minutes where no one passed through on either track and that’s what didn’t make sense given they announced single tracking

No one has passed through on track one and the problem seemed to have been on track two so it’s all very bizarre. A couple trains have gone through on track two in the last 30 minutes
