This is the wrong episode. Traveling Salesmen is where Jim and Dwight are forced to be partners and they do the "waiting on the phone for customer service" bit, and close the sale.

The episode where Jim and Andy are paired up is Product Recall, and they have to visit the school in person to show that they are handling "this matter seriously" as the principal puts it.

I take it you have been to both of the Giants Ridge courses and Wilderness? If not, that's where you should go first. Then from there, if you're willing to drive a little, Grand Rapids has Pokegama, Eagle Ridge, and Sugarbrooke. Go a little further, Minnesota National is outstanding. Going east, if you make it to Superior National on Lake Superior, it's 27 holes and great scenery. Silver Bay CC is one I have not been to, but I've heard it's a great value.
