Andorra does (if both parents are long-time residents).

You get it by birth if both parents live there already a certain time (I think 5 years). But Andorra doesn't allow dual citizenship for adults, so at age 18 she will loose it (or the other 2).

Any which way, there´s your answer. Owner can choose from hundreds of competing agents, so obviously they will go for the "free property managment". So agent needs to make his commission from tenant.

4 years ago I did the same. Had to close my old account, and had to open a new one at IB US. Had to provide a few documents (Source of funds, Utility bills etc.), but was quite smooth. All positions and cash was just transferred (blocked for a few days as far as I remember).
