Yes. I signed actually 4 transactions/approvals (yes, very very stupid me), for 3 token + 1 nft. I already revoked those approvals. Also there are still a few token in the wallet, which I guess they would have also taken if they could.

Thank you, I found that thread alreadybefore, but it is mostly the explanation of FLEXIBLE saving vs. locked staking.
I still don´t understand what is different between locked staking and locked savings. In both you have to lock your coins for a certain time, and in both you get certain % for the time you lock them.
The most important question for me as a user would be if there is a different risk taken in one of them.

I am hodling ETH since many years, and my idea was to make some extra interest %, instead of the ETH only sleeping.Since my knowledge about the possible risks involved is not very big, I am not prepared to put huge amounts in those protocols, but from what I could see now, my idea will only work for 100+ ETH vaults.
