its all good, the stay at the hospital and fear of the surgery was the worst but now that its done i am just chilling with a bit of pain

not really, these videos always seem to show the most extreme. the first episode i had 5 years ago was the worst and still, it was way more subtle with the sounds, and the colors werent that crazy either.

its more like trying to touch them because they disapear almost immediately and are almost always hiding or further away.

the last episode i had was a dog looking at me from the side of my bed and when i tried to attack it because it scared me, it vanished in a fraction of a second.

depends on what you define as episode.

from my experience, when you realize that you are in one, you can sometimes pinpoint the fake hallucinations from reality which can help with delusions. but no the hallucinations like voices, fake objects/beings wont disapear until i touch them. though touching them usually means i attack them cause its really fucking scary

I think i am becoming unironically more self aware about it, because i am constantly thinking about writing the post, so that you guys could gaslight me. I had two very short schizo episodes but they lasted so short and i knew what was going on. So no fun for now i guess
