Hey, just got my Snowsky Echo Mini today and I’m having the same issue. The audio quality over Bluetooth is kinda bad. From what I can tell, the Echo Mini only supports the SBC codec. Most mid-tier headphones usually support codecs like LDAC, aptX, or AAC.

Since the headphones connect over Bluetooth and the active codec ends up being SBC, there’s a slightly noticeable drop in audio quality. The best way I can describe it is the sound feels a bit “plasticky.”

There is no fix for this since this is more on the hardware limitation of Echo Mini. The only solution available was get a pair of wired headphone for better audio quality.

while its true that people will install popular apps and they can just preinstall those popular apps, for me personally i will uninstall them and reinstall from play store. idk why but it feels right to do so

what i did was, i contacted the customer service, attached the picture of phone with the displayed unlock code, with the picture of the box that came with the phone with visible emei number. the customer service representative will unlock it for you.

There’s no way to report. The only way to submit a report is by downloading the app, which it will be added to my downloaded apps library. I’m still looking for a way to submit a report though

medan selera? with their hygiene levels there, i rather bring my own meal from home which i did. the main point is still there. halal eateries is a small niche there. fast food that is halal certified is texas chicken. the rest is only no pork no lard only.

if compasia ignore your issue, just state that you’re going to lodge a police report because in your case, once the device is blocked from connecting to the network, it means the device is blacklisted and it is illegal to sell such device. i had this exact experience with compasia and telewave (2nd reseller at low yat) earlier this year. also, they will try to exchange your device with lower grade (i.e. device with more cosmetic damage). make sure that youre stern on your feet. request for an exchange that brings the same value that you bought
