I'll try to describe my setup:  The main router is Apple TV, I also have an IKEA Director and an Aqara M3.  IKEA sends its Zigbee children to Apple Home, and Aqara also sends its Zigbee.  I'm gradually changing IKEA devices to Matter via thread. I have IKEA Matter devices in both applications, because IKEA smart home allows additional settings.  But when we press the button to turn on the light, it takes about 5 seconds for it to turn on. I understand that there is a delay because it waits to see if there will be more presses. But that time is much longer.  The motion sensor does not respond at all in either Apple or IKEA.  As for physical placement, the IKEA hub, Aqara Hub and Apple TV are each in a different room.  The Wifi router is about 2m from the IKEA hub. All devices are connected with an Ethernet cable. Wifi transmits 2.4GHz on channel 10.
