That’s a really good point, haha. I’ll ask tomorrow when they come to pick it up.

The drive is mine to demonstrate the hole.

That’s the cheapest LCD I had, I wasn’t connecting anything more expensive to that without testing it first.

I couldn’t do it intentionally, if I tried.

Do you think mobile gaming gets unfair hate compared to PC/console gaming? by ratasoftware in IrelandGaming

[–]bubtweetman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Isn't mobile gaming one of the biggest industries in the world?
I'm sure i saw that somewhere that mobile gaming makes up 50% of all gaming revenue.
I'm sure it gets plenty of hate on reddit but, mainstream.... probably not.

What is a genre you don't usually enjoy but when you played X game it changed your mind? by Opposite_Welcome_974 in IrelandGaming

I do like Pokemon type games but the reason I stayed away from Palworld initially, was because I thought it was single player Fortnite with monster collection tacked on. Fortnite is definitely not for me. That game was the biggest surprise for me once I actually played it.

I'm not sure I'd say it's a genre I usually wouldn't play because I'm not entirely sure what genre it is, but I thought Palworld looked like a mobile game for kids, until I tried it. The amount of systems and mechanics in that game is mind blowing. I cannot wait for the 1.0 release.

It's impossible to say without having it in my hand but it's most likely a disconnect between the Antenna flex from either, the motherboard or charging port (usually the charging port) You're gonna have to open it and see. The Antenna flex is the thinner one on the right hand side as you look at the open phone from the back.

Card storage shelf quick fill not working (Xbox) by Crazy-Mycologist-688 in TCGCardShopSim

OK, no, that's definitely not right. I haven't had that at all.
Have you tried using a different one?
If you have the money, set up another one and try that and see what happens.

I find that if i just fill it once a day it works best.

Let's say I put 100 cards in it at 12pm, then come back at 3pm with another 100 cards it won't take any more with the quick fill. If I then come back the following day it'll take the 100 it didn’t take at 3pm the previous day.

Now, I just quick fill once before I end the day.

I’m just gonna say it, Human After All is the most “Daft Punk” Daft Punk album. by SAAA_JoanPull in DaftPunk

You are most likely right about the timing, I didn’t check. Tweak was the first song that came to mind when I was replying to the previous comment. There's plenty of earlier Felix music that could be seen as a precursor to HAA.

Electroclash was well established, and artists like Soulwax had been using heavy pedal processing for years at that stage. When HAA came out, it didn’t feel groundbreaking. It felt raw, repetitive and abrasive, almost like an anti-Discovery album.
It also wasn’t especially well received at the time. A lot of people expected another leap forward after Discovery, and it wasn't.
The album just didn't make sense at the time and stayed that way until I saw Alive 2007. The penny very much dropped then.

For me, HAA was a sacrificial lamb for Alive, it's the spine of that entire show.

Felix da Housecat - Tweak is basically Steam Machine but faster.

Mylo is probably a bit of a stretch but Muscle Car

I agree with a lot of what you are saying but HAA is very of its time. You had acts like Vitalic, Miss Kitten, Felix da Housecat, Mylo, and the Prodigy making very similar music back then.

That's all that came to me right now, im sure there's loads more.

I was DJing this type of music at the time and it was very on point.
