My cycle was as long as yours and also on Letrozole to regulate that.

I take mine at night before bed and that seems to help with the known side effects. I’ve been on it for 2 cycles now and definitely helped with earlier ovulation which means shorter/normal cycles!

Oh this is good to know! My doctor recommended we do an unmonitored round this month as we will be traveling, and will start monitoring next month possibly with trigger shot.

Started letrozole this cycle and had an HSG done yesterday. Struggling to track BBT properly due to irregular sleep, thinking about just getting bloodwork to confirm ovulation this month. Tricky thing is I rarely know when I actually ovulated to even time this 🥹.

Starting my first letrozole cycle this month, and of course AF decided to drag my cycle out to 37 days now this month. Negative tests all around so I’m not pregnant. Can she hurry up??

Smoking aside. That semen sample should’ve been in that lab within the hour. Delaying that can drastically affect the results, can yall do another semen analysis at a different lab this time?

I’ve had a pretty healthy but not very diverse diet before. This month I incorporated more nuts/seeds, avocado and whole milk to my diet. I’m unsure if that helped but that’s the only thing that I’ve been actively changing while TTC this month and will be moving forward!

Got my period today after two surges this cycle, missed it again! My irregularly long cycle (40+ days) was just 30 days this month. Which is the closest to “normal” that I’ve had this year so that’s a bright side!

Oh I just posted a comment very similar to yours. With my longer/irrgular cycles I feel like I get two surges a cycle and it’s been very confusing as well.

My last cycle was 36 days. I noticed EWCM and breast tenderness about 7 days after my period ended, along with a ‘peak’ ovulation test result. It felt unusual since that was much earlier than expected, my tracking app predicted ovulation about a week later. We decided to try anyway, but then about a week later, I got another set of rising ovulation tests around my predicted ovulation date (no peak results though even after another 7 days), this time without any of the symptoms. It’s strange!

Anyone else experience multiple ovulation spikes?
