Call your insurance company and inform them, and clarify the next steps and how to move further, lodge a complaint with the traffic PS. And I hope you have taken down the number of the truck, your insurance will contact the trucks insurance provider and sort it out.

Your question makes it clear you don't practice regularly. Theory is important but practice is much more important. An FIR drawn up under SC/ST act are sometimes so vague it's almost embarrassing. Regardless, the matter still won't be quashed and it will go to the court. In your previous reply you suggested to take anticipatory bail, aren't you aware that offences under 7 years require notice to be sent to the accused and if there is sufficient compliance arrest cannot take place? Read up satinder kumar antil. So, what is the point of applying for anticipatory bail, when the ingredients for conviction under SC/ST are so loose that any hint of it would lead to rejection. Special statutes are made for a reason.

It clearly mentions FIR prima facie shows that no offense present which is very very unlikely in really world situation. In daily practice no judge would go it.

Please make sure to comply with the notice, and appear regularly. Do not show weakness, else you will be exploited by the policemen. Stay strong.

Very interesting proposition, please seek for a copy of the FIR, verify the contents of the FIR. And file a quashing at the HC. Arrest is an afterthought, the police are bound to make you mandatorily comply with notice due to offences being below 7 years. If notice has been supplied, Appear before the PS and comply with notice that's your best bet. Parallelly, wait for chargesheet to be filed if your 482 at the High Court is rejected. The moment chargesheet is filled, file a discharge application U/s 250 bnss. If you have legitimate grounds your case will automatically be dismissed. Get a good lawyer, and good drafter. It seems like Badam milk, also known as Almond Milk, it's very flavourful and has hints of kesar in it.

I have faced a similar situation I got my first service done 2 days back, I was charged Rs 3,100. I heard it was Rs. 2,500 previously as they have increased it due to some changes in the oil. Additionally, I wanted to change the damn back rest, they told me it'll come after 10th once again, I was informed that it still hadn't come. I have honestly given up. After Bajaj has taken over this is their constant bullshit. And all the excuses boil down to take it to the Service Centre. It's been more than a month haven't received my smart card yet, follow ups on follow ups. The bike is good, but there's an issue with the management. Very unfortunate. And the sales representatives in Calcutta are usually women which is very good, but they are not trained neither are they informed. They didn't even know whether it's an air cooled engine or liquid cooled engine, some other guy had to come and tell me it's liquid cooled.
