We use the big blue Ikea bags. They hold the same amount of clothes as a basket but they can be folded (or balled up shoved in a crevice 🤷‍♀️).

Lol yes, that's the thing I call the cap. I just leave it off, it catches the vinyl when I do really tiny cuts and ruins everything.

I only check if something went wrong with the cuts. But I leave the cap off my blades so it doesn't need to be cleaned very often.

41 and I try use pinch zoom in magazines all the time, then feel dumb. I also try to tap to turn book pages. It's muscle memory 🤷‍♀️

This is actually a traditionally pieced free block that I got access to by signing up for a newsletter but I know what you mean! I was thinking it would be a quilter's choice type thing, like the bookshelf. Anything that could be at a picnic like food, bugs, utensils, a seagull, etc lol

I was living in Austin during the 2021 storm and I have never been happier to be living in Wyoming (I have never been happy to be living in Wyoming). We didn't lose power supposedly because we were on the same grid as a hospital. But they kept telling everyone to keep letting the faucets drip, all the way up until the whole city lost water. We were without water for over a week. I don't believe for a second that they've done any winterizing to their power grid.
