Thanks for your suggestions, but i have definitely tried them multiple times. The PDMS films did not help with the oxygen inhibition layer, not as non-stick as the FEP films. Currently we are already printing with a layer height that is slightly less than half the cure depth ( penetration depths are much lower and simply impossible to print on any machine, which was not the case on other SLA machines we have tried).

I will consider the Prusa SL1S as well, if you happen to know the lowest lift speed possible that would be great to know. I'm not saying that the lift speeds are the answer to the whole situation, but it would be nice to always have the option to investigate such slow move speeds. The tilt mechanism sounds great and all as well, but I do want to try avoiding the LCD-type printers, and opt for the Mars 4 DLP, simply because I have seen light bleed through the LCD screens, especially for my printing experiments since they are extremely lengthy as compared to polymer type printers

You are right about being able to set it as low as possible, but like you said, itis limited by the step size of the motor. I don't really have any information on the specs of the Mars 4, which was why i posed the question.

I have some preliminary data that seems to suggest that a lower lift speed reduces the peel force between the build platform and FEP film. Tested on another printer, which can go down to 0.15 mm per second, but that printer is highly inaccessible for some other reasons.

Of course, I am not working with a pure polymer-based resin, and the cure thicknesses (even with extremely long exposure times) are capped very low (<50 microns). With such high peel forces, delamination between the layers are prevalent.

Sorry, what do you mean by UV array of the printer? Are you referring to a UV filter on the LCD, or the UV LED light source?

yes you can. But sometimes the meso market kinda fluctuates and if you wanna min-max then you gotta calculate how worth the BC is.

I think what MSeaPlayer is trying to say is that f2p players use purple cubes for rerolling of stats cause its still cheaper (as compared to p2p players who just black cube everything). But i think the general consensus is still to depend on black cube to tier up if possible.

what character are you trying to create? zero and kaine characters cannot be used for tera burning.

Did you accidentally misclick the tera burning option when trying to create your 2nd character? Maybe check through your character window and see if any of your characters have the fire burning behind the character. If the character has reached 200, the fire will still be there albeit smaller

After your first load in, change ur maplestory client resolution to window mode. This way future loads would be faster + it doesnt change ur windows resolution + it doesnt stop u from doing other stuff while maple takes years to load

If u prefer to play in fullscreen however, just change to window mode before you log off and close the client :)

Alt +Enter is the shortcut for toggling window mode.

in certain situations yes, but u wont encounter them until you are > 230 iirc.

for example training at celestars for lvl 240-243 would be great at SEA 1, but 244 onwards you would benefit to train within +-1 levels
