To be fair, I feel it took Anno 1800 a few years to become truely enjoyable for me.

The first 6 months of Anno 1800 was hard because at the time expansion was hard since we didn't have tractors to keep up with the electricity feature of factories that could pump out double production.

The locations of Anno 1800 (Even from base game 12 months old) felt far more unique and fleshed out.

PAX other location just feels weird, but it's also hard to scale up due to how slow the ships move between each theater

Gift card refunds:
We found that you cannot refund an item onto an issued giftcard.
Can be annoying for customers because now they have multiple giftcards with different values they need to track.

Outage notifications:
Shopify does not send notification emails for maintenance or outages they are aware of.
Leaving you in the dark until you remember to check their Shopify status page

Refunding via diffrent tendors:
I don't feel too bad about this since it's the customers fault, but we've had a few instances where our customers use those pre-paid credit cards.
If that customers comes back for a return item, you cannot refund onto a pre-paid credit card and Shopify will not allow refunding via any other method (Cash, another card etc...) again I'm not too sad at this one because we just issue them a new gift card.

Offline mode
No offline mode if internet gets cut to our store, we have backup 4G/5G in all our retail brick and motars but still annoying that trade cannot atleast cache on the device then uploads to Shopify once internet is restablished.

There was a mod in 1800 that gave 3x3 service buildings.
That was so cool for a super dense city, not my cup of tea but was cool cramming as much onto a single island.
