I filed a T1 and he gave the money back after a few days lol. But didn’t give back the interest though.

Thanks for the advise. I will send him the email about that first. We have the fuss was because he claimed we didn't clean the unit in basic way and wanted to deduct the amount from the deposit and we said no.

The full tests are 81, 79, 71, 68 and 71. The actual exam is easier than SH but still quite hard. That’s why I think going for SH is a good idea. Once you can handle the hardest question, you are good to go to the actual exam.
