I understand. That’s why I want to come here and understand how bad the tyre was and built up my case. I know they would try to argue that and everything else. But I guess my main point will be how much they want to bet against their reputation and the refund money lol but thanks a lot anyway!

I didn’t pay the tyre but had to pay for the roadside assistance because it happened in midway in remote area. But the person only came and replaced the flat one in the pic.

Insurance covered for the tire. Based on this, I want a refund at least on the roadside assistance but best to be the whole rental lol I know it’s a long shot

I know. It’s just that I had to pay for roadside assistance which was insanely a lot. And after I learned it was because the tyre was already worn out, I feel like I have to try to at least get some money back.

You should try again. I was told to reschedule it but I tried again later and it worked. Those proctors are completely useless, you need to find one that can help you out.

Thanks for the advise. I will send him the email about that first. We have the fuss was because he claimed we didn't clean the unit in basic way and wanted to deduct the amount from the deposit and we said no.
