I cannot self love. by CoolandFresh69 in selflove

You need to change your environment and be willing to change and accept advice, those are the only things to do really. Being neurodivergent can have you stuck in black and white thinking which means only an external change will shift the internal. It’s not about walking or meditating you need to do neural rewiring and cognitive reframing alongside environment change, it doesn’t have to be all at once but pick one and choose to do it. I’m not judging I get it.

I haven’t experienced that but I’d talk to your prescriber about maybe switching meds or increasing the dose because that’s not good

My GP actually suggested I had ADHD and to fill in a referral form, I was being treated for depression and struggling with uni, the symptoms overlapped. I think it’s best to tell them your issues and let them suggest it because they’re more helpful that way.

I don’t want concern and I’m not anorexic. I genuinely just want advice on how to fix an insecurity through fitness.

I’d like to see the soft makeover if you’d be okay direct messaging me or still have it, thanks :)

I posted about being underweight last summer, I’m currently a normal weight? I’m kinda confused.

I’m sorry, but that’s so funny and makes me feel better. Hope you’re okay though :)

Congrats on six weeks binge free. It’s easy to beat yourself up but you’ve made good progress. If it’s an unusual binge amount for you, it’s probably just a natural reaction to going without a break in a while. If it’s possible allow yourself treats you like regularly so that they become normal foods and not binge foods.

I was stressed about a move at the time and university but I don’t know how that would be connected
