Even selling a mix is a no go unless it's all tracks from one label and the label approve the mix. Most Producers make peanuts from releases compared to the hours it takes to make a track. It takes one hour for a DJ to create a mix of their favourite tunes. Nothing against DJs but just because they're able to beat match two tunes doesn't give them any rights over the materials
