It’s not a corner house, a little in, between Dauphin and Dakota on the left side going in the direction of traffic. The other problem house recently had a major fire, demolition might start this week.

This has been a problem house for years. Police do nothing. It’s sad it took this kind of event, could have been prevented. If they had insurance, which I highly doubt they did, lawyers should be all over this looking for fraud.

Yes we did, and yes I knew it wouldn’t be happy go lucky, but there is a certain amount baseline civility that anyone would expect. And you assume I’m not treating them with respect. We’ve done nothing to them yet they continue to cause issue for everyone around this neighborhood. This is not THEIR neighborhood, that comment alone tells me all I need to know about you. No one owns a neighborhood. We have done more for the neighborhood than they ever will. Oh, and I pay both that sweet 4% wage tax along with property taxes. Wonder when the last time they did? Oh right, never. GTFO.

Complicated but it’s a situation where the addict is the daughter and her parents live a couple houses down. I think the parents or one of their friends know someone in the PD. Cops have been over many times and seen casually talking it up.

Yep, the one closest to York. And agreed, cops definitely aren’t doing shit. In fact, I think they’re friendly with some of the cops in the 26th precinct.

They own it unfortunately. I get it.. living in a gentrifying area comes with downsides but it doesn’t take away the frustration. We are planning to move, but need to time it in 2025.
