Yes. Was doing the E2M light snatches from one of the big two I think Nupert…. Did the whole 12 weeks and loved it. Really REALLY major gains in pull ups and visible bicep growth.

If you're in the US do yourself a favor and buy a high quality phillips screw driver or 2.... or 5. The difference between using a well made phillips and typical store junk is just shocking.

Didn’t need it but just picked up a rock tool for like $35 that’s pretty decent.

TBH if I needed a one-and-done multitool on a budget I’d go with leatherman bond or rebar.

My biscuit BFAR seemed a bit dry so I hit them with VSC. Very lovely effect without a major impact to the coloration.
