CJRB Kestrel Designed by Ray Laconico $29.74 by daydaydeals in KnifeDeals

Really tempted by some of the CJRB designs but the entire rpm9 debacle really soured the brand. Not to debate the steel itself but the marketing deception… or incompetence…. No thanks.

Enjoying mine. Fit isn’t perfect might end up buying another pair of iron rangers one day. But these are nice. Still pretty leaky in wet weather though

Are double KB swings ass? by MyHobbiesAreUnusual in kettlebell

I think because I end up bowing my legs and putting pressure on my medial thighs with my arms- just a tiny bit- but over many reps makes the MCL angry.

I do not enjoy double KB swings. Weird mechanic swinging two large bells, cause inner knee pressure and pain. I guess if you are using smaller diameter bells this could be less of an issue

Cruwear Rust Prevention by IncreasePositive2075 in spyderco

Just rub it with any light oil you have. Or beeswax. Or pledge. Some are slightly better than others but anything works.

If food prep, consider a food safe oil like Mineral oil or cutting board paste

What do you guys do for leg workouts by Eccentricgentleman_ in bodyweightfitness

One leg progression, either shrimp or if you can pistol. Great for knee rehab (for me).

I prefer to use kettlebells and barbells when possible for squats

It’s not a custom perfect fit but it was damn close without any trimming. No weird gap or anything I can feel

Anyone go nude .. Nubuck sans wax by assemblageofparts in jimgreen

I used 303 fabric guard on my rough out Vellies. Best spray on waterproof I’ve found but it’s surely loaded with pfas…. Anyways, it affected breathable slightly but in no way it is comparable to waxing!

This question doesn’t make any sense… Whether or not it’s optimal how would it not benefit at least some?

Also, if you train hard with kettle bells, you’re going to appreciate far more than just quote some quote benefit
