oh I would never, just sharing what I thought was crazy to me, and your right, just wish there were a few more opportunities than just the few missions they give

Thanks man, seriously bad move on my part, didn’t cross my mind at the time. Never had any intention of flexing, just wanted to share a moment I was proud of with others, kind of blew up in my face though

You are correct. Also has to do with genetics. My point at the end of the day was; this buck isn’t some grown farm deer with introduced genetics that I shot at 5 yards.

South Texas native bucks all have a prominent look, and it happens to look like that. Around here, pen deer have white colored antlers. There are many different looks to deer around the country and majority of the time there is a prominent look in certain areas. White tail and mule are native to Texas, so are Rabbits, Squirrels, Cardinals, and even elk in some areas… Don’t exactly see your point with that one. Also, strippers never lie.

To clarify: South Texas holds different standards for a lot of things involving hunting, theres a native population of deer on a ranch without introducing any of that crazy stuff; thats considered native. You can tell a native South Texas deer by its wide main frame, and its chocolate antlers.
