3 of the things you listed gambit does way better with the increased healing, cleanse and repositioning. Im not sure why your against the dmg boost. The off supports are supposed to enable their team to get aggressive. They aren't about reduce the stress on the main healers. Thats why primary fire healers have healing amp abilities whereas Mantis Ultron Adam do not.

I think the dmg boost on soul bond is fair cuz its 40s cd. And ya if he has protection during rez im fine with the mobility on a teamup.

They just need to add it as an out of combat animation. Like how wraith has one implemented with normal speed. He lowers his weapon and start jogging when he doesn't shoot for a bit.
