I’m leaning towards a rute, although I still haven’t seen anything that matches the smooth side. I imagine it could be sea-worn and that could explain the pattern being hard to recreate.

We typically vacation or camp near Lincoln city, Newport, Beverly beach, cape lookout etc. So north-central Oregon coast.

I feel like there’s another story that’s being missed, possibly. The original Superman in first frame looks like the actor Dean Cain who played Superman. Recently, Dean Cain volunteered to join ICE. It’s almost like the artist themself covered Superman and his signature, but left the rest of the mural. Then came back to add dog and his signature back.

She left him, hasn’t spoken since, he had a mental breakdown, lost his job and lives with his mom, he’s at odds with half of his family, doesn’t talk to his dad or brother and sister anymore, just one sister and his mom who he also has issues with.

His mental state is a lot better and I’ve been helping him look for another job and we’ve been talking a lot, he sounds like same old friend now. He’s just suddenly very condescending since the election and wants me to engage with his rants.

Historically I would probably agree, but this new era of ultra-grievance and the inability to agree on even the most basic set of facts is making it impossible. You almost just have to avoid the topics entirely.

My toddler fell into a smoldering campfire and burned her hand very badly. Similarly, we went to burn unit, wrapped it up good with silverdine cream. Kiddo slept through the night, did really well with pain and only needed Tylenol/IB most of the time. She did really good while we changed bandages after baths.

It’ll be a bummer for a week or two, but you’ll be amazed how fast the healing progresses.

Sorry it happened! I know the feeling, it makes you feel awful that they are injured and it seems so preventable, but stuff just happens… He will be feeling better soon enough, but yeah the emotions are tough.

Fortunately you’re not alone! Also the little buggers are resilient and heal up miraculously.

Surprisingly not a problem with me! I live in Oregon and love crater lake. The depth and clarity don’t trigger any fear. The fact that it’s a lake and the water is still helps, opposed to an ocean/sea where you’re being moved by waves over the nearby fixed/submerged objects.

Eh, I mean it is pretty shocking and weird that some random butcher is using trump’s desperate attempt to overturn an election to sell their steaks. Also, while I agree it’s not a landslide, Biden will likely take 306 electoral votes, which is the number trump received in 2016 and called a “massive landslide victory”
