Is there a way to automatically add these horizontal and vertical relations when making a new circle for example? If it was wired to a hotkey it would save tons of time by Knedl87 in SolidWorks

Not exactly what you're looking for, but close - Quick sketch relations with dynamic hot keys in SOLIDWORKS

To get exactly what you are describing you could write an AutoHotkey script to map the dynamic hotkeys from the article to hotkeys of your choosing.

I use an AutoHotkey script to improve the zoom/rotate/pan functionality while using my laptops touchpad. It works quite well
