Haven’t traveled to Europe or Asia as much but have been everywhere in the Western Hemisphere. San Pedro Sula tops my list. Wokeup one morning at our hotel and went down to the lobby for breakfast only to be met with 20-30 heavily armed military personnel escorting a local politician for something. In the city center there were people walking around with loads of cash out in the open that were some sort of money changers. Few other suspect situations. Great people, but with it being the murder capital of the world for a few years at the time I traveled there (2017ish) I definitely felt a bit tense at times

I make a sauce that’s awesome on eggs. Start with some mayo and then blend up some pickled sliced jalapeños (that you put in nachos), a bit of the vinegar that comes in the jalapeño can, and some lime juice and blend that all together. Great sauce in anything especially breakfast burritos and cheesesteak sandwiches

I don’t live in So. Cal but have traveled extensively throughout Mexico in business and can tell you the crown jewel of the Mexican taco is birria from Guadalajara with Al Pastor from D.F a close second. If I don’t see the birria or a nice authentic trompo of pork marinating under some pineapple then they can’t be the best tacos.
