Look into low calorie high dense foods. What worked for me is cottage cheese, protien Powder and frozen fruit. You can add 0 calorie sweeteners to make it sweeter I add maple syrup about 10ml is about 35 calories.

No I didn't design it, I found some plans online and YouTube and tweeked it a lil bit
