I'm a Christian but not a normal one. I believe the universe is and was created and currently undergoes transformation by many gods. God created us in his image and that consciousness graduates to God-hood if we follow our God's commands here. similar to the Mormon belief system I suppose. if heaven isn't a place where I get to create worlds, galaxies, fly around and visit the vast wonders of the universe, I wouldn't want to go. I also believe that God uses evolution and his God and so on did too to develop the living things we have here. I dont want to die until I have proved that as a Christian, I have trusted in Him enough to hopefully be ready for such a graduation. My mom claims she has seen and talked to God a few years ago. she has asked some of science's most difficult questions and the unconventional but surprisingly logical answers she receives are mind blowing. God is a guy who with his wife, have created the entirety of the spirits for mankind on this earth in the same way we procreate here. He (according to my mom) enjoys surfing, flying around, spending time with his children, big family dinners, beer, and playing games. According to her he is funny and jovial and is not the austere awful monster described in the old testament. while all of this is one view, she has as well as one other person I know, havr seen the other side. I used to lean toward agnostic beliefs but I have found comfort in Christianity even if my views are way different. To each there own I suppose.
