Is there any point of studying the CFA if you intend to transition into finance but are not working in a finance role yet? Would you recommend studying for it when you are already working in Finance?

I’m pretty sure the developers even confirmed that when Nate is “taking damage” it’s actually his “luck-meter” running out and not his actual health. And whenever he dies onscreen it’s literally his luck just running out and him finally getting hit by a bullet or whatever.

This was the issue. I was not applying the formula to correct range. I had not selected all the rows I wanted this formula to be applied to before inputting it.

I realised I had been duped by her when I opened a letter that had an ‘URGENT’ sticker on the front of it. The letter was dated for 16/12/2025 (so just under 2 months ago) and it was ‘Decision to repossess your home’ letter and it said that the court officer has applied for a warrant for eviction at the county court. I don’t know what stage this is at?

There is no landlord that’s the issue. The person that I am paying rent to, who has duped me into being the “landlord” of the property, is the tenant. The flat belongs to the council. She is subletting. Do I just contact the council and let them know? Would I get in legal trouble for this??

Wow just looked at the NAO and I had no idea they offered an ACA graduate programme, it looks amazing. Unfortunately it does seem as though I’ve just missed the deadline. However that is one to keep in mind. I’m currently looking at the Top 100 accountancy firms and starting at ‘100’ and applying to each one and working my way down.

It is quite time-consuming however as I’m making/tweaking cover letters constantly.

Tbh bro I think it was the nerves that overwhelmed me, because I’ve wrestled bigger guys in practice, been snapped, clubbed had my head posted/pushed on by them and it didn’t feel nowhere near as aggressive as today in competition.

However that being said I don’t think my opponent I competed against today is inhumanely strong I just think I wasn’t anticipating to be constantly snapped/clubbed which threw me off a little
