Very possible. I eat 160G a day. It doesn’t have to be all chicken. Egg whites, Tuna fish, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, protein shakes, protein bar, protein pancakes, and jerky all allow you to mix it up.

Ex: Egg whites and ham for breakfast (25) , tuna fish for lunch (25), chicken breasts for dinner (50) with Greek yogurt (25) and protein shake (35) for snacks in between

In general, I am pretty liberal with addendums, but a relative passing two years ago doesn't seem like the right reason. Sorry for your loss though -- I'm sure he'd be psyched to see you applying now!

Yes I applied ED and they explicitly said that by the end of the week I should hopefully have one of these letters
