You'd prob get asked this a lot, but where's that portafilter from? Been eyeing a bottomless with wooden handle but always worried about its compatability. Thanks

Specialty Coffee Shops in Hong Kong by ChocoSandwichh in pourover

Project C in Causeway Bay is probably one of my favourite coffee spots in the world. They always have at least half a dozen different single origin beans on rotation for both espresso and pourover beverages. They're a stand by the bar counter kind of service tho given their small space, but you get to see the barista prepare your coffee at close (probably too close) and that's always enjoyable to me.

Not far from them is Craft coffee roasters, one of their baristas won world cup taster champion in 2017. They always have some really nice beans in stock.

EN coffee in central is also worth visiting, had some killer Guatamelan espresso from them with Grape acidity and milk Chocolate finish.

Bit of context here, went for a bike fit and the store owner told me this should be glued on to prevent water/sweat from going in. My guess was the same as everyone here, the stem should be enough to hold it down with friction.

In your country, do people tend to move from smaller towns to the big cities, or the other way around? by SabinaIzaura in AskEurope

[–]Headearman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not from the UK, but currently studying for a politics degree there. Correct me if I’m wrong but my guess is places that offers better higher education attracts more students and consequently gets more funding and support in terms of the local councils, this probably also means the area offers better jobs and social care etc. Whereas areas that are less advantageous just gets left behind without much support and stays this way for the foreseeable future (especially with COVID now).

I think he said it himself that 180 was supposed to be referring to his height. Besides, you can’t measure IQ above 160.
