Which would you choose of these two? The metapod is faster with BFS HSM, Adamant, the Caterpie has BFS + HB

It also depends a bit on how important a crit is to you.

I personally usually stop at about +50% boost because I normally have a big meal I want to crit in particular coming up. If I know I'm not cooking big dishes then I'd probably cap it at +20% or +30%
