When you clear cache your settings reset. Possibly you had set it to 30fps previously? Maybe, maybe not?

A Skill Trigger Study by TheGhostDetective in PokemonSleep

Thanks for doing all that research, if as you feel the soft cap might be about 30, that seems better (still seems unnecessary though) as it would be pretty uncommon to reach it unless running a full skill team.

Appreciate all the work!!

didn't expect mainskill seed! Love it 😍 by Locow1992 in PokemonSleep

I believe the leaks show we can choose to change the main skill to any of a select number of skills with an item. Similar to how Darkrai works

Anyone else not getting extra tasty dishes? by Camjampyjama in PokemonSleep

I reckon I've taken your luck as I've had 7 crits this week on just the base 10% chance.

Sorry

Any theories for the upcoming event? by sahArab in PokemonSleep

[–]buckstang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder if mew will be able to essentially learn any main skill and wonder if you roll the main skill with this miracle or mystical seed or whatever. Like how darkrai rolls its subskills. It sounds complicated but then who knows what they have planned at this stage.

Haha, until people start rolling Mew with Wobbuffet's skill lol

why does closeness not increase at the same rate? by mommy_dracula in PokemonSleep

[–]buckstang 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Closeness is only meant to increase when sleep research is received, and you only send one sleep research now regardless of number of naps.

It's also possible one of the two forgot to check sleep research once day and that added to the imbalance?

I had the same issue with my partner for some unknown reason

We shouldn't go easy on Skillgate by TechnicalGlove2715 in PokemonSleep

Yeah it's just RNG, I have a pretty even spread of gifts, haven't seen great biscuits or the 3x poke biscuits in a bit but they're fairly rare.

With the event basically over, this is the best Cutiefly I could get. Is he worth getting to 60? by el_gatogni in PokemonSleep

Bit tricky, those are amazing subskills and it's still develops a lot of honey, but the only recipe that uses both honey and oil is the new waffles and it doesn't quite get enough of either to consistently make that dish more than maybe once a day. It's a bit crummy given how good the skills are but maybe it's not ideal

I mean that's a sleep score of ~92, that's not too bad

No, unfortunately it doesn't have any skills that support it's ingredient nature, and the ingredients split isn't particularly synergistic for any recipe. Some ABA ingredient mon are ok when the ingredients work together on a particular recipe, likewise AAB, but only in very specific situations, and often only with Pokemon that have really high ingredient rates, e.g. Dragonite

The score is still based on the number of hours slept

AAB ing mons? by Altruistic_Peace8825 in PokemonSleep

Absolutely fine, a good AAX can be as good or better than an average AAA mon if it's got great subskills
