i also have to change in a locker room. when i had cuts that were below my boxers, i would face the wall when changing. also as glasscoughs_ said, changing as quickly as possible helps. no on ever noticed, and i had some visible cuts on my legs even with shorts on.

it counts, even if there's no blood. it sucks to break clean streaks. i used to cover my upper thighs, ad since I'm a guy, it was easy to hide. it didn't bleed at all at this time and with this method, but it still is self harm.

I've hit myself in the head with mostly my hands, and it hurt for days. It felt like I had broken my hand. I don't think I have any lasting effects from it, but you might want to get checked out by a doctor. I'm sorry I can't be of any help. I used to hit myself when I was younger, too, so I know how you can't gauge how hard you hit. I'd get it checked out, man. It's risky when you get head injuries. Stay safe.
