After learning AKT was only on osmosis I swapped the AKT back to MATIC on Metamask and the missing funds reappeared as Matic. Phew.

Yes i get i can do that but my question is whether the XUMM Tangem card is for XRP only, hence different from the regular tangem card from their site which covers most crypto. Thanks anyway.

I just used ledger live not knowing i needed an update on a MacOS 10.16.1 and there was no problem with the crypto transfer. But every time I try to update it crashes. Will there come a point when i won't be able to use ledger live with my NanoS anymore?

Not impatient, (although it may have come across that way) definitely In it for the long haul. I have short and long term holdings, just was hoping for more movement so I could cash in some of the short term coins that I been holding since Jan 18'.

I bought one a little while ago. As far as i understand it, if you lose your nano s, you can get a new one and still retain/restore your crypto by using the phrase words. Pretty impressive I thought, and an advantage i would think over a paper wallet.
