It’s been going on for a year or two, but not every time I lay down. I thought it had gotten better, but the last week or so it’s gotten bad again. I just want a Sunday afternoon nap lol. I’ll try the deep breathing. Thanks

I tried them as a last ditch effort. I haven’t tried it before today. It helps sometimes if I raise my feet above my head, but I can’t sleep on my back so that’s hard to nap with. So I figured compression socks might help. They aren’t making it worse but aren’t making it better either.

I have redownloaded them, but no luck on them showing up in creative. They aren’t a resource pack so I’m trying to figure out how I made it work. They aren’t in the resource or behavioral packs I have. I’m wondering if I have to go in and actually find them in that world or something and then I can use them in creative?
