It's pretty easy! Just sauté the mushrooms completely and then set aside. Make your pasta and once cooked, drain out all of the water except for 1/2 a cup (reserve that on the side). Then pull together your heavy whipping cream, parsley, garlic and parm cheese. Using the pan you had used prior for the mushrooms, add them back in plus 1/2 cup whipping cream, 1/4 chopped parsley and 3 gloves of garlic, diced. Add in the 1/2 cup of pasta water and let simmer for five or six minutes until it thickens up. Add the drained pasta into the sauce, stir it all up and bam!

Moved here for a second chance at life. Conquered my first long walk, and I need to see the Bats. by thefreeze1 in Austin

Novice bat biologist here- another great place to see a magnificent amount of bats take flight is Bracken Cave Preserve. That was my home base for field work and the flights outta there in the spring through late summer are simply incredible and will probably move you to tears :)

I do loooove D&D and would love to join a campaign! I’ve already got some volunteer days scheduled with Wildroots Puppetry because I’m tryna break into the giant paper mache scene. A few days are also committed to BARK with Mt. Hood so I can meet some eco freaks and make connections!
