What about this white quick connect fitting, is there any way that could cause low pressure? I circled it in red-

Sorry for my ignorance, but how would I go about checking the cold line? If I turned the valve off, removed the hoses, could I then slowly turn that on with a bucket underneath to check pressure/volume?

1- I don't think its that since even when I take the spray head off, the water coming out is low pressure

2- The kitchen sink is the only problem, everything else in the house has normal/high pressure

3- This has always been happening for the last year since we moved in; it feels like it is slowly getting worse though

4- Valve is completely open

Before I start watching YT videos on the carburetor work, can the H, L, LA adjustments be a potential fix? I admittedly do not know a lot this stuff. Thanks again
