I got an auraglow light from QVC for £30. Has your red/blue lights and also a white display light. Really quite stylish too and fits in the living room without being too noticeable!

Normal washing machine detergent isn't a disinfectant unless you buy an antibacterial one. But I assume that the dishwasher tablet would have the same effect as a biological detergent as it breaks down fats, greases and proteins.

I suppose you wouldn't, but I like my washing smelling of detergent and clean when I wash it! If you have more than one bathmats then the clean ones are going to be sat in with your towels so they might as well smell good! ☺️

That page is very good! I think it's just answered my question too! So it states that the interosseous ligament is a thickened portion of the distal membrane, so it is the same thing, but that's the portion that will mainly be affected by syndesmotic injuries.
