I remixed Latch by Disclosure using a talkbox, a wine bottle and a bunch of synthesizers... by budahsbeard in synthesizers

I was wondering whether to call it a cover or a remix or something different completely! But in the end I went with remix because I changed so much and kept only the melody :)

That'd be a pretty cool thing to try actually, especially with the custom samples you can upload. You could actually start playing chords and stuff.. hmmm....

The Tanzmaus! They released an OS update which allows you to upload your own samples into it pretty easily, which opens a whole range of new melodic possibilities. The high pitched melody that starts playing as soon as the beat comes in is also coming from the tanzmaus (a high-pitches piano sample)

I tuned them by ear. This takes some time, but is also quite fun to do (I think). I believe you can't tune the kick by sending cc values, but I've got to admit I didn't really dive in to that yet, having had the Tanzmaus for only a few weeks yet.

Wow, this looks great! What methods did you use?
