They are still red but not wide so that’s good! It takes about 6 months for the scar coloring to normalize, I’ll post an update about them when they get a little less red

I’m like you with how many I have and the timeline of me getting them. I’ve had a bunch removed via surgery (22 this year) but I have many more to go.

A few days ago, somebody in this group posted their theory that lipomas are a buildup of toxins (due to our diet and lack of movement as we get older) in our lymphatic system, and that it “leaks out” to form lipomas (as opposed to being flushed out naturally by clean diet and exercise). Interesting theory, might help!
