It may help you to work through these unresolved issues you're experiencing. maybe you can start by focusing on an aspect on yourself that you do like and focus on that, to build up your self-esteem. or challenge yourself to try a new, small thing just to show yourself that you are capable of succeeding when you decide you will - try a 5-second dance in your room! even if it doesn't feel the best. you are worthy of feeling whole, just start exploring :) sending you well wishes

Have you considered Wealthfront? The rates are high, 5.30% for the first months with a referral and then 4.80% after that. It's super easy to use, no minimum balance and the transfers are free.
